Japan Conference Rooms
There are only two venues available for conducting U.S. depositions in Japan. Although all conference rooms may be booked for the period you need at the time of your inquiry, there is a high cancelleation rate so rooms do become available frequently. When depositions cancel, typically our services are cancelled before the Embassy or Consulate is notified. Therefore, we receive advanced notice of upcoming room availability and can assist you in reserving the cancelled room.
Furthermore, as we are located right next-door to the U.S. Consulate in Osaka, we are able to obtain up-to-the-minute information and keep you informed.

How is the new rule enforced?
- If the court order is not submitted in by the deadline, the Consulate will release the coveted deposition room, thereby making it available for other law firms.
How does the rule help me?
- The 6 week cancellations provide a window of time that another case can have access to the coveted space, greatly increasing the number of available conference room dates in Japan.
